@Jim Osborn: Sanchez was warned NUMEROUS TIMES not to text while driving that train. HE CHOSE TO IGNORE THOSE WARNINGS, and now 25 people are dead, many are permanently injured, and lives are shattered. The wreck was 100% HIS FAULT.
